Return & Warranty Policy
Cirrus Fitness strives to ensure our customers complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Cirrus Fitness within in 30 days of purchase date subject to the following conditions listed below.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds on return items will be issued in the same payment form as used at the time of purchase. Once we have received and inspected the product, given that it is not damaged, we will issue the proper credit. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear in your account.
If the product were sent back for an exchange, please allow 5-7 days for the replacement product to be processed and shipped.
Missing and Damaged Items
Claims for any missing or damaged items in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of items.
Please read all the conditions below. If the conditions are not met, Cirrus Fitness reserves the right to refuse the return or may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in the original box or packaging, and must include all packaging materials and accessories.
- Cirrus Fitness is not responsible for any personal information or items returned with the merchandise.
- Cirrus Fitness is responsible for only the monetary value of the purchase.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from www.cirrusfitness.com can be returned to Cirrus Fitness. Cirrus Fitness products purchased through other retailers must be returned to those retailers and in accordance with their policies.
